As you\u2019ll recall, the City of Council Bluffs, along with the States of Iowa and Nebraska, were suing the Department of the Interior in an attempt to halt our operation of the Prairie Flower Casino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The three-judge panel on the Eighth Circuit ruled unanimously in our favor.
