{"id":23807,"date":"2022-01-27T21:24:52","date_gmt":"2022-01-28T03:24:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/poncatribe-ne.org\/?p=23807"},"modified":"2022-01-27T21:24:52","modified_gmt":"2022-01-28T03:24:52","slug":"public-notice","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/qlogicllc.com\/poncatribe\/news\/public-notice\/","title":{"rendered":"Public Notice"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Draft Environmental Assessment (EA) and the Draft Findings of No<br>Significant Impact (FONSI) are available for public review for the proposed relocation of the Fred LeRoy<br>Health Center in Omaha, Nebraska.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Ponca Tribe of Nebraska is proposing to repurpose a vacant corporate campus in Omaha, Nebraska<br>for Tribal Services, Health Services, Community Center, Transportation Center, Sweat Lodge, and<br>incidental uses. The Ponca Tribe of Nebraska would oversee design and renovation of the campus and<br>would fund the project with a partnership with the Indian Health Services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Ponca Tribe of Nebraska completed the EA to analyze the potential environmental consequences<br>associated with the Fred LeRoy Health and Wellness Center, 5805 South 86th Circle, Omaha, Nebraska,<br>and provide environmental protection measures to avoid or reduce adverse environmental impacts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The purpose of this notice is to inform the public that the draft EA and FONSI are available for review and<br>comment. These documents may be reviewed on the Ponca Tribe of Nebraska website poncatribe-<br>ne.org. Any comments on the EA or FONSI must be provided in writing. Written comments may be<br>submitted through the mail to Darlene Lee, JV Project Manager, Ponca Health Services, 5805 South 86 th<br>Circle, Omaha, NE 68127, or submitted by email to <a href=\"mailto:Dlee@poncatribe-ne.org\">Dlee@poncatribe-ne.org<\/a>.
