Enacting all 4 codes at one time will ensure there is no gap or conflict in laws being in place to govern PEDCO and Osni.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>There are changes being proposed to Titles 14, 15, and adding Titles 19 and 20. &nbsp;The revisions being considered include but are not limited to the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Title 14 is a rewrite of the code that will govern all businesses, regardless of form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Title 15 is a rewrite of the LLC Code, removing the parts that should just apply to all business entities.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Title 19 is a new Code that will govern \u201cfor profit\u201d corporations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Title 20 is a new Code that will govern \u201cnonprofit\u201d corporations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A complete copy of the proposed amendments is available at the tribal offices, or one may be obtained by contacting Jan Colwell, Tribal Council Secretary at 402-857-3391.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>There will be a discussion by Tribal Council that is open for public comment on July 12, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as it may be heard.&nbsp; <u>This date was changed from July 5 as the Tribal Council meeting scheduled for that day has been cancelled.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Written comments will be accepted until June 30, 2022.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<section
