The revisions are being considered because the Tribal Council wants to create laws that will govern arbitrations that are put into contracts that the Tribe enters into.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>There are changes being proposed are adding Chapter 12 to Title Six. The revisions being considered include but are not limited to the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Chapter 12 is a new Chapter that will be added to Title Six.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A complete copy of the proposed amendments is available at the tribal offices, or on the Ponca Website, www.poncatribe-ne.org or one may be obtained by contacting Jan Colwell, Tribal Council Secretary at 402-857-3391. <a href=\"https:\/\/qlogicllc.com\/poncatribe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/law_code_VI_chpt12_230228.pdf\"
