A notice of intent to amend the Law &amp; Order Code Title V was mailed to all heads of household at least 14 days prior to any final action satisfying the requirements for the adoption, amendment, or abolishment of Ordinances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">View the proposed amendments here: <a href=\"https:\/\/poncatribe-ne.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/flyer_title_5_20200504.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/poncatribe-ne.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/flyer_title_5_20200504.pdf<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The amendments were passed by Tribal Council on May 18, 2020.
