The low Bidder will also be required to provide insurance certification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Ponca Tribe of Nebraska reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein. Indian preference will be given per Ponca Tribe of Nebraska Procurement Policies and Procedures dated August 2017.
