Who can receive care at Ponca Health Services?
Ponca Health Services serves all enrolled tribal members and descendants from any federally recognized tribe within the United States. You do not need to be Ponca specifically. However, services are not available to non-tribal individuals or international tribal citizens (e.g., Canada).

Do I need insurance to get care?
No. You do not need private insurance, Medicaid, or Medicare to access care at Ponca Health. Our services are available at no cost to eligible tribal members and descendants thanks to funding from Indian Health Service (IHS) contracts and other programs.

What services do you offer?
We provide pediatric care (ages 0–21), OB and prenatal services, adult primary care, chronic illness management, lab work, and pharmacy support. Services may vary slightly by clinic, so check your nearest location.

Where are your clinics located?
We currently have clinics in Omaha, Lincoln, and Norfolk, Nebraska. Each site offers a range of services—some specialty services (like OB care) are only available in certain locations.

Can I schedule my appointment online?
Not at this time. While we do have a patient portal, it is only accessible for existing patients and does not allow appointment scheduling. Please call your nearest clinic directly to book your visit.
